Rocks-Off's cheapest bullet and its £11.99 one are the same object
Same 82mm length, same 15mm width, same 24g, same N-Size battery. The one that differs costs £19.99 and is 8mm longer.
Four bullets from one brand, two of them indistinguishable on paper. This is the whole reason a spec sheet is worth reading before a product page: the numbers say where the money goes, and here it does not go where the price suggests.

Start at £9.99. The £11.99 versions are the same bullet in another colour, and the £19.99 one is a longer, rechargeable version of it rather than a better one.
The £2 difference is a colour
RO-80mm and RO80 are both 82mm long, 15mm across and 24g, and both take an N-Size battery. Colour Me Orgasmic, at the same £11.99, has an identical sheet again. Three finishes of one object, and the gap between the cheapest and the dearest of the three is two pounds. If what you want is a small battery bullet, the shape does not improve with the price.
The £19.99 one is a different object
Rechargeable Bullet is 90mm by 18mm and 22g, and runs on a lithium cell instead of an N-Size. Eight millimetres longer, three millimetres wider, and two grams lighter even with the battery built in. It quotes 45 minutes of play time, which is the only runtime figure in the group: neither of the battery models says how long it lasts.
What none of the four publish
There is no waterproof rating on any of them, and the material line is the same on all four pages, with no grade behind it. There are also no reviews, because Rocks-Off has never collected one, so there is no failure rate to set against the extra money. The decision has to be made on length, width, weight and how it is powered, and nothing else.
Which one to buy
Take the £9.99 one unless you specifically want rechargeable. If you do, £19.99 buys 8mm more length and no battery shopping, and that is the entire upgrade. The middle pair is a colour decision: pay the £2 if you want that colour, and if you do not, there is no other reason to.
Every figure in the table is read from the maker's own product page. Prices are theirs and move; the product pages carry the full specification and the date it was read.
