Corrections and complaints

If a page states something that is wrong, tell us the page and the sentence. We will check it against the source and correct it, and we will note on the page that it was changed. This applies to specifications, prices, and anything we say about materials or safety. We would rather be corrected than be wrong for a year.

What we cannot help with

We are not a retailer and we are not a clinic. We cannot process an order, arrange a return or refund, or look up a delivery. Those go to the retailer you bought from. We also cannot give medical advice: if you have pain, an unusual discharge, a persistent irritation or anything that worries you, contact a doctor or a sexual health clinic. In the UK, NHS sexual health services are free and confidential, and you can find your nearest clinic on nhs.uk.

Advertising and partnerships

We do not sell placements, sponsored posts, paid rankings or links. If you are a retailer or a brand and you want your products considered, the answer is the same as for everyone else: we write about what we can assess, and commission rates do not enter into it. Enquiries that offer payment for coverage are declined.

Data requests

We do not hold personal data about readers. The age confirmation lives in a cookie on your own device and is never sent to us. If you believe we hold something about you and want it erased, email the address above and we will look.
